The outside is rather plain but the inside of this apartment very beautiful. It has been established with nature stones in 1998 in a Lava cave which is unique on Tenerife in Spain. The size of this property is 350 square meters and is divided in a spacious living room, two bedrooms, large kitchen with separate dining, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet as well as a generous sun terrace with four sun chairs. There is also a patio with lights and garden furniture for relaxation. The modern kitchen is equipped with electric stove (2-burners), refrigerator with freezer, coffeemaker, toaster and more. In the bathroom is the washer. Also in the apartment a radio and Sat-TV with german channels. Price per night for two people : € 110.00. each additional person per night € 8.00. Children under 13 years of age per night : € 4.00.

The location of this vacation property is fabulous. Just a few steps to the ocean only separated by a walking path. There are stony and sandy beaches. In the village, which is in walking distance, are a couple of restaurants, bars, pharmacy, bank and a grocery store. The distance to the airport is about 20 Km. The main tourist villages in the south of Tenerife, Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are 30 Km away. The capitol city of Tenerife Santa Cruz is about 20 minutes away by car. A rental car is not needed because busses are available to discover the island.
