| Set up in one hectar deep in -Lot et Garonne country side "Le Pérrinot" is an ancient 18th century farm which has been carefully and sympatheticly restored to provide comfortable accomodation in four gîtes. Gîte 1 is used as secondary residence by the owner. Gîte 2 "Résidence" consists of a large living room, a kitchen and three bed rooms with bath on the second floor (6 to 7 per., 126 sqm). Gîte 3 "Salle du patron" is an open plan gîte (35sqm) for two persons plus a small child. These three gîtes share a large south facing terrasse. In front of the terrasse there is an old rose garden with salvia, evergreen hedges and an arch with wisteria. The large green lawn up to the barn can be used for quiet activities as well as the sitting area in the shade of 200 years old chestnut trees. Gîte 4 "Séchoir" is a comfortable north facing 3-room gîte (95 sqm) for 4 to 5 persons with its own private terrasse. All properties are furnished and appointed to a high standard with modern appliances and comforts together with many exposed oak beams and stone walls. For out of season lettings central heating is provided. Set up in its own secluded and peaceful grounds with its many shady and quiet corners "Le Pérrinot" is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Lougratte with its swimming lake is near by. |
