| You will feel at home in our lovingly furnished bungalows. The bungalows are equipped with a big bedroom with a double and a single bed, shower (warm water)/WC, kitchen and a terrasse. Mosquito nets and hammocks are available. The bungalows are cleaned twice a week, due to ecological reasons towels will be changed when requested. Spent some relaxing hours at our pool and enjoy the great view from here. Let the day pass by with a drink and admire the picturesque and romantic sunset. Later on, the tropical sky will show you the most beautiful stars. Discover the different plants while walking through our garden. You will find blooming Heliconias, Bougainvillaes; bananas, pineapples and papayas grow here. Hidden between the plants you might see different sculputres. Finca “El Mirador” is run by a German family. In case you do not feel like cooking, let yourself be spoiled by our great breakfast. For dinner and lunch there are restaurants in the village of Tajo Alto. Or join our weekly barbecue. Half-board possible on request. |

“El Mirador” is the ideal starting point for a variety of activities. You may go hiking or horseback riding. Watch birds or cool off in crital clear rivers. We would be pleased to organize your tours - if you wish with English speaking company - to beaches, tropical islands, hot springs, national parks and vulcanos, to the town of Puntarenas and much more. Do not miss the unique experience of walking through the misty rain forest in a full moons night! (see Tours, mountain cloud forest). But if you are more into social life, why not join one of the several local fesitvities or a dance at the “Soda”. |
