| Villa Jasmin is a family home on a large block in a quiet street in Quinns Rocks. The lounge room is airy with comfortable cane armchairs, a piano, TV, DVD player and VCR. A ceiling fan cools on hot summer days and a gas heater gives cosy heat on cold winter nights. The main bedroom has a queen sized waterbed, the second bedroom a queen sized bed, TV and VCR, the third bedroom single bed/beds. There is an alcove next to the lounge room with a futon. The kitchen - dining is fully equipped with large fridge - freezer, large gas stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and many other appliances. There are two toilets and one shower. Your laundry needs are catered for by an automatic washing machine and a clothes line behind the house. A fully enclosed large patio is the perfect place to have parties for a crowd. Around the house are several private areas to relax or sun bathe. It is a one minute walk to the beach with white, soft sand. From the bedroom you can hear the sound of the waves and smell the ocean. |

Perth City is 40 minutes away with public transport. A major shopping centre is 2 km away and the distance to our local shops, fast food outlets and video library is 1 km. Situated close by (2 km) are a marina, restaurants and pubs. Quinns Rocks is a suburb north of Perth directly at the Indian Ocean, where we are far away from the pollution of a big city. There are many exciting activities: swimming, snorkeling, surfing, sailboarding, fishing from the beach or our boat. You can go diving with us or collect Abelones or fish for lobsters (only in the season). We can arrange for you tours to the Pinnacles, Swan Valley vineries, the national parks in our Darling Range mountains and interesting city tours including the historic harbour of Fremantle. You can go out in a boat and watch dolphins and whales or take a day trip to the island of Rottnest, where you will meet Quokkers, our mini kangaroos or experience herds of kangaroos in the national park of Yanchep. We will meet you at the airport for stress free transfer. |
